Where’s The Best Bass Fishing?

Texas is a great bass state, and boasts such wonderfully bass rich waters as Caddo Lake near Marshall, Texas and the Louisiana border. Many bass fishermen assert that it should be listed among the best.

Roosevelt Lake, near Scottsdale, Arizona is known for providing anglers with as catches as large as 100 on a regular basis, so if size is not as important as action, and catching huge numbers of fish with plenty of action is the most important thing to you, Roosevelt Lake would have to be in the running for the best fishing location in the country.

Others would argue for the Indian River Lagoon in Florida, Cape Hatteras in North Carolina, or Maryland and Virginia’s Chesapeake Bay, but no matter what location you choose as your best and brightest bass fishing location, one thing is certain—there is nothing like bass fishing!

The fact is that the best bass fishing can happen anywhere, as long as you know how to catch the fish you want. Always challenge yourself with a unique location and you will be surprised at just how easy it can be to enjoy this type of fishing. Depending on where you live, there is likely to be a great fishing hole near you. Talk to locals when traveling to get even more information about the location of the best bass fishing in that area.
