What do you think the best bass fishing lure is?

The choice of bass fishing lures is largely down to personal preference. There are so many different types available that it is no wonder that so many bass fishing enthusiasts disagree with each other so vociferously when it comes to the debate over which one is best. However, everyone has their favourites and I am no different. My favourite bass fishing lure is argubly the most versatile and the best when it comes to increasing a catch rate – the plastic worm. The plastic worm is easily my favouite bass fishing lure because you can use it in all temperatures, in all conditions and in all bodies of water that contain bass. It also has the ability to turn every day on its head. If you are having a particularly bad day on the lake then you should assess your lure first and switching to a plastic worm can immediately help you to up your catch rate. The plastic worm is perfect for use in waters that feature heavy vegetation because those waters are particularly difficult to fish. However, the plastic worm is weedless and will glide right through even the densest of vegetation. It also sits nicely in the water, moving along with ripples and movement as fish would and so will easily catch the attention of the bass. There are many other reasons as to why the plastic worm is the best bass fishing lure available in my opinion but to really feel the full benefits of it, you have to see it all for yourself by testing one out.
